In accordance with French law (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 days to change your mind and return your order, with no reason required.

Right of withdrawal (14-day period)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a full 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last item in the case of a split delivery) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, contact us by email at jd.depannage64@gmail.com stating your order number, or use the model withdrawal form provided in the appendix to the French Consumer Code. You then have 14 days from this notification to send the product back to us.
Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging where possible, with all its accessories and instructions. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Refund
We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. This refund may be deferred until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the returned product is defective or non-conforming, in which case the return shipping costs are reimbursed to you (see legal warranty below).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, in particular:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, a custom-configured industrial machine)
- Sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example, needles, bobbins)
Defective product: legal warranty
Independently of the right of withdrawal, every new product benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us: the return and exchange or refund will then be fully covered, with no 14-day time limit.
