We collect the following data:

• Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Via orders: surname, first name, delivery address, email, phone, payment data (processed by Stripe — we never access card details).
• Browsing: analytics cookies (with your consent) to measure site traffic.

3. Purposes of processing

• Handling your contact and quote requests
• Managing orders and deliveries
• Sending a reminder email if an order is left unfinished ("abandoned cart"); a one-click unsubscribe link is included in every such email
• Sending our newsletter and marketing offers only to people who explicitly opted in (dedicated form, checkout or signup checkbox); unsubscribe at any time
• Improving the user experience (anonymised analytics)
• Complying with our legal and accounting obligations

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on: the performance of a contract (orders), your consent (analytics cookies), and our legitimate interest (responding to contact requests).

5. Data retention

Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Order data is kept for 10 years in accordance with French accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data. You can download an export of your data (profile, orders, addresses) at any time from your account dashboard. For other requests, contact us at jd.depannage64@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
