Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Parties
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between:
JD Dépannage — 3 Impasse Beau Site, 64200 Biarritz — SIRET 953 491 834 00016
and any customer placing an order on the website jd-depannage.fr.
2. Products and prices
Prices shown are in euros, inclusive of tax. JD Dépannage reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are described as accurately as possible. In the event of an obvious error, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
3. Order and payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept card payments via Stripe (secure, PCI-DSS certified). The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are given as an indication only. No delay shall give rise to compensation except in cases of force majeure. The risk of loss or damage passes on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no reason required. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
6. Warranties
All new products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Bayonne will have authority. Applicable law: French law.
