JD Dépannage offers its customers two options for certain industrial machines 

Assembly Option:

• • DIY assembly kit: You will receive all components of your machine, including the head, table, frame, and motor. You will be responsible for assembling and installing all components by your own means.

  • Machine assembled by JD Dépannage: The machine will be fully assembled and adjusted by JD Dépannage, and delivered ready to use.

Machine Discount Without Assistance:

• • No discount, I want support: If you are within 100 km, JD Dépannage can travel to assist with any installation and startup difficulties of your machine. If you live more than 100 km away, JD Dépannage provides support via video.

  • I want the discount and I do not want support: With this option, you decline any assistance for setting up your machine. This option is ideal for experienced sewing machine users. JD Dépannage will not assist with technical issues, stitch adjustments, assembly and disassembly of embroidery or presser foot kits, motor programming and installation, or assembly of specialized sewing kits and presser feet.
